Narinig Mo Ba
not working?
If Narinig Mo Ba is black, stuck loading, or not responding, first click the game canvas, restore browser zoom to 100%, and test the official itch.io page in a private window. These checks separate a page/iframe problem from a game or download problem.
Start with the symptom
What is going wrong?
Game is visible but clicks do nothing
Click once inside the canvas, exit and re-enter fullscreen, and check that the current order or dialogue step is finished.
Screen is cropped or too large
Restore browser zoom to 100%, close sidebars or developer tools, and retry fullscreen. A responsive iframe should keep its full area.
Downloaded build crashes or will not open
Redownload from the official itch.io page and match the build to your computer. Do not replace it with an APK or mod.
Mouse or camera sensitivity is too high
Exit fullscreen, restore browser zoom to 100%, and reduce pointer speed in your operating system before retrying. The collected sources do not confirm an in-game sensitivity slider in every build.
You cannot return a selected item
Finish the current dialogue prompt, then use the on-screen return action before submitting the sale. If it still does nothing, click the canvas once and reload the current shift.
Mobile controls are not working
Current touch support is incomplete. A phone can load the page while product selection or price controls remain unusable; switch to a desktop browser instead of downloading an unofficial APK.
Official Mac build will not open
The developer’s macOS app is unsigned. After attempting to open the official app, go to System Settings → Privacy & Security → Open Anyway and confirm. Only make this exception for the file from doppie.itch.io.
Stuck on Mare or the payment step
Recheck the complete order, its total and the amount Mare handed over. If the payment is short, do not submit random change; finish the dialogue and follow the payment prompt. If no prompt appears, click the canvas once and retry the transaction.

Click the game canvas once. Continue the current dialogue, product selection, payment, or change step before assuming it has frozen.

Set browser zoom to 100%, close extra panels, and try fullscreen again. If fullscreen makes the layout worse, exit it and reload.

Test the source
Open the official itch.io page directly. If it works there but not here, the issue is likely the embedded page or a browser extension.

Use a private window
Retry without cached site data or extensions. You may temporarily disable a content blocker for this site only; never disable system security.

Capture what happened
Note the browser, version, operating system, device, exact error text, and the action immediately before the failure.

Official comments include reports of loading failures, crashes, sensitive mouse movement, misplaced items, and unsigned macOS apps. Those reports help prioritize checks, but they do not prove that every browser or computer has the same bug.
